Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the issue is due to our responsibility, such as an error in the order type, quantity, or a physical defect in the product from the source
Exchange Policy
• Exchange accepted within 1 day of delivery only
• Item must be unused, clean, with original tag and packaging
• No stains, washing, or physical damage
• Discounted/Sale items are NOT exchangeable
• Exchange allowed for model, color, or size (subject to availability)
• Delivery fees for exchange are paid by the customer
